On 22 October 2025, under the banner of School Health and Wellness Program, an orientation session was conducted for grade VI. Ms. Ramseena, School Nurse, welcomed the gathering. Mr. Sumith P, Adolescent Health Counsellor, Taluk Hospital, Payangadi, led the interactive session on the topic “Bridging Between Growing and Knowing”.
Mr. Sumith discussed important topics such as body shaming, good touch and bad touch, excessive screen use, benefits of regular exercise, and the importance of consuming nutritious food during the growing years through role plays and video presentations.
The session concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Ms. Lamees K. P., School Counsellor.
