The HR Department in association with the IQAC of WIRAS inaugurated a 7-day Faculty Development Programme titled “TEACH BEYOND” on 01 November 2025 at 9:30 AM. The programme aims to enhance teaching effectiveness and professional resilience among faculty members.
The opening session focused on the theme “Revamp Empowerment through Resilience”, led by Mrs. Shamya K. C., Life Transformation Coach and NLP Grandmaster, who inspired the participants to adapt a growth-oriented mindset in both personal and professional spheres. The interactive session encouraged educators to embrace challenges and continuously evolve with confidence and positivity.
The inaugural session was held at the Seminar Hall, marking the beginning of a week-long journey of learning, reflection, and skill enhancement for the faculty community. The programme is expected to foster collaborative growth and innovative teaching approaches.
