The Kannur University National Service Scheme’s ‘Focus Plus’ Leadership Training Camp witnessed an inspiring session by Dr. T. P. Nafeesa Baby, Former Director of Student Services and NSS Coordinator at Kannur University. The camp is being held on December 5, 6, and 7, 2025, at the Wadihuda Institute of Research & Advanced Studies (WIRAS).
Dr. Nafeesa Baby engaged the NSS volunteers with impactful reflections on her diverse experiences in community service, leadership development, and youth empowerment. Her session emphasized the values of commitment, teamwork, and social responsibility—core principles that guide NSS volunteers across the state.
Organized under Kannur University’s NSS unit, the leadership camp aims to equip young volunteers with essential skills and motivation to lead meaningful initiatives in society. WIRAS continues to support such transformative programmes, strengthening its role as a hub for academic and social development.
