The Nature Club members of Wadihuda Higher Secondary School conducted a Botanical Naming Activity on 31st July. The programme aimed to help students identify and learn the scientific names of various plants found on the school campus.
Students actively participated in observing different plant species, collecting information about their common and botanical names, and labeling selected plants. The activity enhanced their knowledge of plant diversity and the importance of scientific classification in botany.
The programme was successfully coordinated by the Nature Club andn received enthusiastic participation from students. It helped develop scientific awareness, observation skills, and an appreciation for biodiversity among the participants.
