WADIHUDA, 21 May 2025 — As part of its ongoing Professional Progress Programme, Progressive English School conducted a powerful training session on "Classroom Management & Creating Happy Space for Learners" on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 9:30 am.
The session was led by Ms. Rasika Bharathan, a seasoned educationist and Retired Principal of Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Kannur, who currently serves as a Resource Person for the Centre of Excellence (COE), Trivandrum. With her wealth of experience, Ms. Bharathan provided valuable strategies for fostering positive classroom environments that encourage student engagement and emotional well-being.
The training highlighted practical techniques for effective classroom control, empathy-based interaction, and the creation of a joyful and supportive learning space—a cornerstone of student success.
This session marked Day 4 of the school’s comprehensive development programme aimed at enhancing teaching practices and nurturing holistic growth among faculty members.
