On 7th October 2025 , the Progressive School Counsellors, Ms. Lamees K. P. and Ms. Shilna Prasad, conducted an interactive session for the final-year Psychology students of WIRAS on the topic “Role of Counsellors in School Settings.” The session provided valuable insights into the responsibilities and practical aspects of counselling in educational institutions and was well received by the participants.
On the same day, an Intelligence Assessment was carried out for the Little buds students by the BSc Psychology 5th Semester students. Using Coloured Progressive Matrices and the Seguin Form Board, the assessment aimed to evaluate children’s cognitive abilities, problem-solving skills, and early intellectual development. The students participated enthusiastically in the child-friendly and supportive testing environment, making the activity both educational and enriching.
