The PG Department of Psychology, WIRAS College, Kannur, in collaboration with NSS Unit 48, Listening Community, and Team Incubation, organized a Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper Training on 25 September 2025 at 10:00 AM in the Seminar Hall, WIRAS. The session was led by Ms. Jasmin, Consultant Psychologist and Trainer, Listening Community, who emphasized the importance of timely intervention, awareness, and collective responsibility in preventing suicides. The training aimed to equip participants with essential skills to identify warning signs and extend support to those in distress.
