A health and wellness awareness session on anemia was conducted for the Class VIII students of Progressive English School on 23 June 2025, at Wadihuda Auditorium. The informative session was led by Ms. Soniya and Mr. Balakrishnan , Junior Health Inspectors, PHC Muttam. The session focused on the causes, symptoms, and preventive strategies related to anemia. They also discussed essential hygiene practices covering physical, oral, hair, toilet, and menstrual hygiene, in addition to general disease prevention. The event commenced with a welcome address by Ms. Ramseena, School Nurse, and concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Ms. Lamees,School counsellor.
