Wadihuda Higher Secondary School observed International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking on June 26, 2025. Under the 'Jagratha Samithi' and 'Vimukthi' initiatives, the school organized an impactful awareness class. The program commenced with a warm welcome by Jayasree TK, followed by an inspiring address by Principal Sajith Kumar P K. Assistant Excise Inspector Sajith Kumar P M K delivered an enlightening session, educating students about the dangers of substance abuse. NSS students added to the impact with a powerful flash mob on drug abuse, conveying a strong message against substance abuse. The students took a pledge against drug abuse and received Vimukthi guidance cards. Subina C proposed the vote of thanks. This initiative underscored the school's commitment to student well-being, empowering them with knowledge to make informed choices and lead positive, drug-free lives.
