A two-day Chess Training Camp was successfully conducted on July 3rd and 4th ,2025 at Progressive English School, in collaboration with WHSS. The camp was inaugurated by Ms.Supriya Krishnan, Vice Principal and led by Mr. Ajeesh Antony, a renowned national chess player and trainer.
Students from both institutions actively participated in the sessions, which focused on enhancing strategic thinking, improving game techniques, and understanding advanced moves. The camp provided an excellent opportunity for budding chess enthusiasts to learn from an experienced professional and deepen their interest in the game.
The training camp was a great initiative to promote critical thinking and intellectual development among students.
