On 14 July 2025, in observance of Malala Day, the English Department of Progressive English School organized a declamation competition for students of Classes IX to XII. Participants eloquently delivered selected speeches of Malala Yousafzai , highlighting her courage, advocacy for girls' education, and unwavering spirit. The event inspired students to value education and raised awareness about the importance of speaking up for social justice.
