On 15 July 2025, the Department of Computer Science organized an Induction Program for the first-year BCA students at Room No. 16 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM. The event aimed to warmly welcome the new batch and guide them as they embark on their academic journey. The program began with a welcome speech by Mrs. Diviya T, Assistant Professor, followed by the presidential address delivered by Mrs. Soumya Rishin, Head of the Department. The inaugural address was presented by Dr. Aboo Ishaque P K, Principal of the institution.
The chief guest of the day, Mr. Sumesh K, conducted an engaging and motivational session on the theme “BCA Unlocked.” His talk covered essential topics such as Launch Pad to the Future, Turning Code into a Career, Top Career Paths after BCA, Professional Certificate Courses, the Future of the IT Industry, and the Latest Tools and Technologies in the Market. The session was both informative and inspiring, offering students valuable insights into the world of technology and career development.
Students actively participated in an interactive discussion that followed, asking insightful questions about skill enhancement, career planning, and learning opportunities. The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Mrs. Suja K V, Assistant Professor, bringing the event to a close on a positive and motivating note.
