The PG Department of Commerce successfully conducted the Induction Program “COMIENZO 2K25 – THE BEGINNING” on 15th July 2025 at the Prof. K. A. Siddique Hassan Auditorium, marking the formal welcome of First Year FYUGP students.
The program commenced with a warm Welcome Address by Ms. Della Samuel, followed by the Presidential Address by Dr. Noble Jacob, Head of the Department. The event was officially inaugurated by Dr. Aboo Ishaque, Principal. Mr. Muhammed Mubashir, UG Coordinator, offered felicitations, adding to the significance of the occasion.
A highlight of the morning session was the Student Training & Engagement Session led by Mr. Sailal Kandoth, Skill Development Trainer. His session, centered on leadership, career focus, and the future of commerce, was highly interactive and motivating, leaving a lasting impact on the students. The morning program concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Ms. Rajasree A M.
In the afternoon session, Dr. Noble Jacob conducted the Departmental Orientation, presenting the department's vision, mission, and various support systems. The session continued with faculty introductions, a lively ice-breaking activity, and an overview of departmental services and student expectations, setting the stage for a vibrant academic journey ahead.
