On 12th July 2025, Progressive English School marked Malala Day with a powerful Declamation Contest that showcased the eloquence and conviction of students from Classes IX to XII.
In the Secondary Level (IX & X), Liwal Huda Ershad (IX A) secured the first place, followed by Aysha Abdul Nasar (X A) and Sheza Sameer (X A) in joint second, and Aysha (IX A) and Haya Fathima (X C) in third.
At the Senior Secondary Level (XI & XII), Riza Rasheed (XII) won first place, Aleema Abdulla (XI A) came second, and Fatima Batool Zakhariya (XI A) and Mizbaha M P (XI A) shared the third position.
The event was a tribute to Malala Yousafzai’s legacy, encouraging students to speak up for education, justice, and equality.
