National librarians day was celebrated with enthusiasm at Wadihuda Higher secondary school on August 12. The Readers’ Club of the school organized a variety of programmes to mark the occasion, highlighting the importance of books, libraries, and the habit of reading. A Book Exhibition was arranged, showcasing a wide range of titles across different genres and subjects, attracting the attention of students . The exhibition served as an opportunity for students to explore new books and gain exposure to diverse literary works. Another highlight of the celebration was the Poetry Reading Competition conducted exclusively for high school students. Participants presented their favourite poems and original compositions with passion and creativity, impressing the audience with their expressive delivery and literary flair.
