The Progressive English School celebrated the 79th Independence Day on 15th August 2025 with immense patriotic fervour. The programme commenced with the flag hoisting by Mr. Muhammad Sajid P.K, Director, Progressive English School . An inspiring Independence Day address was delivered by Mr. Suhail Fareed, Principal, followed by felicitations from Ms. Haseena V.K, PTA President.
Patriotic songs competition and vibrant performances by the students added splendour to the event. The newly elected Student Council members efficiently anchored the programme.
Various competitions such as quiz, patriotic song, PowerPoint presentation, debate, flag puzzle and chart making were organised, engaging students with great enthusiasm. The day’s celebrations instilled pride, strengthened our sense of unity, and inspired all to uphold the values of freedom and progress.
