The day began with a pleasant surprise for the teachers. A special tribute video prepared by the school stakeholders was presented, which deeply moved and delighted the teachers. On this occasion, Mr. Muhammed Sajid P.K., Director, Progressive English School, and Mr. Farook Usman, General Secretary, WGI honoured the teachers by presenting them with appreciation letters in recognition of their dedication and service., Mr. Suhail Fareed, Principal , addressed the gathering and expressed his heartfelt gratitude towards the teachers for their tireless efforts in shaping young minds.
In the evening session, the celebrations continued with an official function. The session was inaugurated by Ms. Sangeetha, AEO, Madayi. Mr. Suhail Fareed, Principal, extended a warm welcome to the gathering, while Mr. Muhammed Sajid.PK presided over the function. Ms. Supriya Krishnan and Mr. Sabir V.K., Vice Principals, felicitated the teachers with words of appreciation.
As a mark of honour, all teachers were presented with a badge, symbolizing their invaluable role in the institution.
In acknowledgment of the prestigious achievement, the Best Educator Award, our Principal was honoured by the Chief Guest.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Ms. Smitha K., Staff Secretary, who expressed gratitude to the dignitaries, staff, and students for making the celebration a memorable one.
The entire day’s celebration stood as a heartfelt tribute to the teachers of Progressive, acknowledging their immense contribution to education and to the lives of students.
