As part of the ENVIRAS 2025 initiative themed "Nurturing Nature, Securing Future", the National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit 48 of WIRAS is organizing an exclusive documentary film screening for NSS volunteers.
The featured film, ‘Pallam’, an award-winning documentary by filmmaker Jayesh Padichal, will be screened on 17th September 2025 at 3:30 PM, at the BR Ambedkar Seminar Hall, WIRAS campus.
‘Pallam’ dives deep into environmental and ecological themes, shedding light on the delicate balance of nature and human impact. The screening is expected to inspire discussions and raise awareness among students about conservation and sustainability.
This event is a key highlight of the ongoing ENVIRAS 2025 program, which runs from September 15 to 20 at the Wadi Huda Institute of Research & Advanced Studies (WIRAS), Kannur.
