On 17th September 2025, the Fire and Rescue Department conducted an orientation class for the grade IX students. The school choir invoked blessings through a prayer, after which Samarin - grade XII Science extended a warm welcome. The presidential address was given by Mr. Suhail Fareed., Principal. The session was inaugurated by Mr. Arun K. Nambiar, Fire and Rescue Officer, Payyanur. Students greatly benefited from the programme as it highlighted vital aspects of fire safety, first aid, and emergency preparedness. Adding to the occasion, Ms. Supriya Krishnan, Vice Principal, Progressive, and Mr. Shuhaib S.V.P., Vice Principal, WHSS, shared their words of encouragement. The event came to a close with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Zahaba Sherin grade XII Science.
