The Progressive English School hosted the second session of its Expert Talk Series, titled “Faith Meets the Future”, on 15 October 2025.
The programme commenced with a welcome address by Mr. Ubaidulla, faculty, Islamic Department, who introduced the theme of the event, followed by a prayer by Hamda, XII , creating a reflective and spiritual atmosphere.
Mr. M.M. Shamsudeen Nadvi (Qatheerb, MINA Masjid Ernakulam, and Lecturer, Islamiya College, Thalikulam) delivered an enlightening talk on “Faith Meets the Future”. He emphasized the role of faith in guiding individuals through modern challenges while maintaining moral and ethical integrity, and drew attention to the situation in Palestine, inspiring students to cultivate empathy and global awareness.
The session concluded with a vote of thanks by School Leader Muhammed Fawas, grade XII
