Progressive English School, in collaboration with Teen India and Prabha!, actively marked the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty on October 17 with a series of community-focused programs. The initiative was designed to raise awareness among students about global poverty and encourage a sense of social responsibility. Key activities included a practical and charitable effort through the Pulses Collection and Sharing drive, where participants gathered and distributed food staples to those in need. Furthermore, the school hosted both a Collage Making Competition and an Essay Writing Competition, providing creative outlets for students to express their understanding of poverty and propose solutions for its eradication. The successful observance underscores the school's commitment to combining academic learning with vital social engagement.
