The Women Development Cell of Wadi Huda Institute of Research & Advanced Studies (WIRAS) was formally inaugurated on 8 December 2025 at the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Seminar Hall. The event featured an insightful Awareness Session on Health and Hygiene led by Dr. Ashna K. K., Chief Medical Officer at Dr. Ashna’s Wellness Clinic and a renowned Naturopathy Physician. Dr. Ashna highlighted the importance of holistic well-being, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle practices, offering valuable guidance especially relevant to young women. The inauguration marked an important step in empowering female students by creating a supportive platform for their personal, academic, and health-related development. The WIRAS Women Cell aims to conduct regular programmes promoting awareness, confidence-building, and overall growth for women on campus.
