Ibn al-Haytham Academy has launched a month-long thematic learning campaign titled “Knowledge and Piety | العلم والتقوى”, inspired by the words of Ibn al-Qayyim: “Knowledge is not about narrating a lot, but it is about Taqwa (piety).” The campaign emphasizes the Islamic perspective that knowledge and piety are complementary, shaping a holistic life rooted in faith, righteous deeds, and conscious awareness of Allah.
Through this initiative, the academy aims to guide students to approach both religious and worldly knowledge with Taqwa at its core, transcending artificial divisions between material and spiritual education. The campaign highlights the need for deeper reading, reflection, and understanding to appreciate how knowledge attains its true purpose when guided by ethical and spiritual values.
Scheduled from 15 December 2025 to 15 January 2026, the campaign will feature a series of expert talks, seminars, workshops, and fieldwork, encouraging active learning, discussions, and meaningful engagement among students. Ibn al-Haytham Academy has invited the support, cooperation, and prayers of the community to ensure the success of this initiative, which seeks to nurture intellectual growth alongside moral and spiritual formation.
