The Arabic and Moral Club of Wadihuda Higher Secondary School organized a seminar titled "Beyond Respect: What We Owe Our Elders" for the students of classes VIII and IX on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at 2 PM.
The programme commenced with a beautiful prayer session led by Ayisha Shukkoor. Following the prayer, Mrs. Munsira delivered the welcome speech, officially welcoming the gathering.
The session was led by the Chief Guest, Mr. Afeef Abdul Kareem V K, Chief H.O.D. of the Dept. of Arabic and Islamic Studies at Progressive English School . In his address, he explained the core values of respecting and caring for elders, emphasizing that it is a fundamental moral responsibility for the younger generation. As a token of appreciation, a memento was handed over to the chief guest by Mr. Ameer .
The programme was successfully conducted under the leadership of Mrs. Kadeeja, Program Coordinator and Arabic and Moral Club Head . Students of standards VIII and IX actively participated in the seminar. The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks delivered by Mrs. Kadeeja.
