On 1 July 2025, Progressive English School observed Doctor’s Day with great enthusiasm and gratitude. The event, organized by the Science Department, aimed to honour the invaluable contributions of doctors to society.
The day featured a series of meaningful programs including a Card Making Competition, Speech Competition, and an Awareness Class for grade IV & V led by Dr . Sabnam S Nambiar , Associate Professor, GMC Kannur, which provided students with vital health insights. A special visit to PHSC,Payangadi by grade X students was also held to honour the doctors, appreciating their dedication and service. A special assembly was conducted in Little buds Kindergarten.
The celebration was a heartfelt tribute to the real heroes of healthcare and instilled in students a deep sense of respect and appreciation for the medical community.
