Wadihuda Institute of Research and Advanced Studies (WIRAS) officially released its Sports Development Plan (SDP) for the academic year 2025–26 at the Wadihuda Campus, Payangadi. The plan was unveiled by Mr. Tom Joseph, former Indian volleyball captain and Arjuna Award winner, during a brief ceremony organized by the Department of Physical Education.
The initiative reflects WIRAS’s commitment to fostering sports excellence and physical education among students. The presence of a sporting legend like Mr. Tom Joseph added great significance to the occasion, inspiring students and staff alike.
