On August 6th, Wadihuda Higher Secondary School solemnly observed Hiroshima Day to commemorate the victims of the atomic bombing and promote the message of peace. Organized by the Social Science Club, the event featured a series of engaging and educational programmes including a video presentation, quiz, and poster-making competition.
The initiatives aimed to raise awareness among students about the horrors of nuclear warfare and the importance of global peace and disarmament. The school community came together in reflection, learning, and creative expression, making the observance both meaningful and impactful.
