“Progressive Connect” was organized by Progressive English School on 19 May 2026 under the theme “Together we grow, together we inspire, together we lead.” The programme aimed to strengthen unity and collaboration among the staff members.
The programme began with the welcome speech by Ms. Supriya Krishnan, Vice Principal, who warmly welcomed the dignitaries and staff members. The Presidential Address was delivered by Mr. Suhail Fareed, Principal.
This was followed by the Director’s Message delivered by Mr. SAP Abdussalam, Managing Director, WGI, followed by the Keynote Address by Mr. Muhammed Sajid P.K., Director, Progressive. Both speakers emphasized dedication, teamwork, and the importance of quality education and appreciated the dedication and commitment of the staff members and encouraged them to continue working together for the growth of the institution.
The felicitation addresses were delivered by Mr. Musthafa Ibrahim, secretary, WGI and Ms. Sujithra R., Deputy Director of Academics.
During the interaction session, newly joined staff members introduced themselves, while existing teachers shared their valuable experiences and attachment to the school and its system. The session created a warm and positive atmosphere among the staff.
The programme concluded with the vote of thanks proposed by Ms. Smitha K., Staff Secretary, expressing gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the event.
