On 1 June 2026, the school management organized a special gathering to express gratitude to the teachers for their dedication and remarkable contribution to the outstanding achievements of Grade X and Grade XII board exams.
The programme commenced with a warm welcome by Ms. Shyna P.P., Staff Secretary, followed by the Presidential Address delivered by Ms.Supriya Krishnan, Vice Principal.
The function was graced by Mr. Mohammed Sajid P.K., Director, Progressive English School; Mr. Mustafa Ibrahim, Secretary, WGI; Mr. Moosa Master, Manager, Women's Academy; and Ms. Sujithra.R, Deputy Director – Academics, WGI. The dignitaries appreciated and felicitated the teachers for their sincere efforts and commitment towards academic excellence.
As a token of appreciation, the management hosted a delicious lunch for all teachers, making the occasion memorable and meaningful. The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Ms. Sayana, Joint Staff Secretary.
The event served as a fitting recognition of the teachers' hard work and their vital role in the institution's continued success.
