The Plus One Entry Fest 2026 was organized at Wadihuda Higher Secondary School on 6 July 2026 (Monday) to warmly welcome the newly admitted Plus One students. The programme began at 9:00 a.m. with a grand reception at the decorated entrance.
Students received welcome greeting cards, a token of appreciation, and a Peda as a symbol of the school's warm welcome. They also participated in the Thumbprint Pledge Activity, inaugurated by Mr. Farook Usman, Director, WHSS, by placing their colourful thumbprints on the Discipline Tree as a pledge to uphold discipline, responsibility, and positive values.
The inaugural function was held at 10:00 a.m. in the school auditorium. The programme was welcomed by Mr. Sajith Kumar P.K., Principal, and inaugurated by Mr. Zakariya S.K.P., Member, Kannur District Panchayath. A memento was presented to the chief guest by Mr. Farook Usman. Mrs. Suchithra R. addressed the students, and Mr. Shuhaib S.V.P., Vice Principal, delivered the vote of thanks.
The programme concluded with classroom interaction sessions, leaving the students with happy memories and great enthusiasm as they began their higher secondary journey at Wadihuda Higher Secondary School.
