The Historian's Desk – Exclusive Interaction Session
The Lyceum – Center for Humanities of Wadihuda Higher Secondary School organized "The Historian's Desk", an exclusive interaction session with Prof. KKN Kurup, renowned historian, former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Calicut, and former Director-General of the Centre for Heritage Studies, Government of Kerala. The programme was held on 29 July 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in the Conference Hall.
Prof. KKN Kurup shared his valuable insights on history, heritage, and the importance of understanding the past to build a better future. His thought-provoking talk inspired students to develop a deeper interest in history and critical thinking.
One of the highlights of the programme was the active interactive question-and-answer session, during which students enthusiastically asked insightful questions. Prof. Kurup patiently answered every question, making the session engaging and intellectually enriching.
A special appreciation goes to Ain Al Saba from the Lyceum batch for her confident participation and thoughtful questions during the interaction. Her active involvement reflected the curiosity and academic spirit encouraged by the Lyceum Centre for Humanities.
